U13 Strikers are Trilateral champions
CYCC Strikers beat ICY in the final at Quinn Park on 17 October to win the U13 Trilateral Cricket Tournament.
The CYCC Strikers are U13 Trilateral champions. They beat ICY in the final at Quinn Park, Mason, on Saturday 17 October to win the tournament in the club's first season.
How they got there
The tournament brought three clubs together over two league weekends between 26 September and 4 October: CYCC Strikers, ICY and Super Kings. After six group games, CYCC and ICY came through to the championship final, and CYCC hosted it at home on Quinn Park.
Thank you
A tournament win belongs to everyone behind it: the players who turned up to train week after week, the coaches who prepared them, and the parents who gave up their weekends and cheered from the boundary. Thank you to ICY and Super Kings for two weekends of good, competitive cricket.
What's next
The club's season record, including every tournament this year, is on the fixtures and tournaments page. Next up, the U15 Warriors travel to Raleigh, North Carolina, for the Junior League Cricket tournament over the Thanksgiving weekend.
