CYCC is run entirely by volunteer parents. Every dollar goes into equipment, uniforms, coaching and grounds — and into making sure cost is never the reason a child in Greater Cincinnati cannot play.
Cincinnati Youth Cricket Club is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 42-5046014). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Give $1000Where it goes
Nobody at CYCC takes a salary. There is no office and no overhead beyond what it costs to put children on a cricket field safely.
Helmets, pads, gloves and guards, including club kit for players who are just starting.
A full CYCC playing kit for every registered player, in club colours.
Qualified, background-screened coaches across all four age groups.
Quiet support for families where the membership fee would otherwise be the barrier.
More ways to help
Some of the most useful support CYCC has received never went through a payment form.
Many Cincinnati employers match employee charitable gifts, often dollar for dollar. Ask your HR team and give them our legal name and EIN — it can double your donation at no extra cost to you.
A small recurring gift is the most useful kind for a young club, because it lets us plan a season rather than react to one.
Outgrown bats, pads, helmets and shoes in good condition go straight to players who need them. So do nets, cones, matting and scoring equipment.
Sponsorship puts your business in front of club families all season and funds a specific part of the program.
Sponsorship levelsA parent who scores matches or runs a drill station is worth more to this club than most cheques. We will find a role that fits the hours you have.

Yes. You receive an emailed acknowledgment for every gift, and a written acknowledgment for any single contribution of $250 or more, as required by the IRS.
A donation is a gift with nothing returned to you. Sponsorship includes benefits such as logo placement, so it is treated differently for tax purposes and only the portion above the value of those benefits may be deductible. We disclose that value in writing on sponsorship agreements. Your tax advisor can tell you how it applies to your business.
Tell us when you give. We will honour any reasonable restriction — player assistance and equipment are the two most common — and tell you exactly how it was used.
We publish an annual summary for club families, and our IRS filings are public. Ask us anything at info@cincinnatiyouthcricket.com.
